This Privacy Policy describes how Ludo – Play & Earn ("App", "we", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only the minimum data required to operate the App:

• Display Name: A player name (e.g., "Player 1") stored locally on your device only. Never transmitted to any server.
• Game Data: Coin balance, level progress, and in-app settings stored locally on your device.
• Online Session Data: When using Online Multiplayer, a temporary anonymous session ID and match state are used to facilitate real-time gameplay. This is not linked to any personal identity.
• Device & Crash Data: Basic device model, OS version, and crash logs may be collected automatically by Firebase to help us fix bugs and improve performance.

• To run core game features: AI matches, local multiplayer, and online multiplayer.
• To save and restore your game progress and settings between sessions.
• To match and connect players during online multiplayer sessions.
• To detect and fix crashes and improve app stability.

The App uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

5. Data Storage & Security

• Local data (coins, level, name) is stored on your device and never leaves it.
• Online session data is held on Firebase servers only for the duration of an active match and automatically deleted afterward.
• We apply industry-standard security practices to protect all data in transit and at rest.

6. Children's Privacy

Ludo – Play & Earn is a family-friendly game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it without delay.

7. Data Retention

• Local data is retained until you uninstall the App or clear its storage in device settings.
• Online session data is automatically purged after each match ends.
• Crash logs are retained by Firebase for up to 90 days.

8. Your Rights

• Delete all local data by uninstalling the App or clearing its data in your device settings.
• Request deletion of any server-side session data by contacting us.
• Use the App entirely offline — all offline game modes work without any data transmission.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
